Consolidated Water has Effective Control Over the Project

Consolidated Water Co., Ltd. announced that it has acquired control of NSC Agua, and is again moving forward with efforts to develop a 100 million gallon-per-day seawater conversion plant in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico.

Otay Water District could potentially purchase up to half of the water produced by this facility.
