An after-hours drop box is provided for your convenience at the District headquarters in Spring Valley. You may also pay your Otay bill at the Postal Annex located in the Terra Nova shopping center, 386 East H Street, Chula Vista.

Payments can be made Monday through Friday at our DISTRICT OFFICE located at 2554 Sweetwater Springs Blvd. in Spring Valley between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Payments may also be made at the following POSTAL ANNEX:

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Electronic Automatic Payment (ACH) where funds are automatically transferred from your checking or savings account each month. Customer using this option still receives their monthly statement to verify consumption, calculations and deduct from personal account prior to the auto deduct. This option eliminates the possibility of late payments, and alleviates concerns when taking vacations.

PAY YOUR BILL OVER THE PHONE

Debit and credit card customers now have more payment options and can pay their bill 24/7. Customers can call us at 619-670-2777, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. You must have your Otay account number to use this feature. In addition to VISA and MasterCard debit/credit card payments, our credit card service now accepts Discover and American Express. A $4.80 fee is applied to credit card transactions.
