To access many of the services available through the District’s website, you will need to create an Account.  You are required to provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and account number. You will then create a user name and password. Your contact and personal information is primarily used in connection with the management of your water account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information contained in your Account. You can update your account at any time by visiting Otay Water District’s Online Bill Pay webpage and clicking “My Account”. The District reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymous data about its users, including personal information you have provided, for purposes including deriving statistical data, determining compliance with various governmental program requirements and other uses, as indicated herein.

Text Message

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies
